I go to this subway at least 3 times a week. This makes the 3rd time I've went at 10 at the doors were locked. Employee in the... parking lot talking with people. I go back to my truck she opens the door talks to someone shuts it back and continues tosocialize. Read more
Went to this location I got a sub and a tomato basil chicken wrap however the tomato basil chicken wrap was so salty that I... could not eat it so I called and asked him to remake the sandwich because I didn't have it they couldn't make it even though Ihad the receipt the sub was fine it's just my tomato basil wrap wasn't. I would avoid this location. The other subways in rock hill are significantly better quality. Every online order I've placed has... had something missing, wrong, or they flat out don't accept the order. Got the Baja chicken sub tonight, it has 0 sauce on itand only has the regular chicken not the rotisserie. The salad we ordered was also missing half the ingredients. Prettyfrustrating when this consistently happens. Read more
My wife and I came to this subway for dinner on march 08, 2022. We expected our normal subway when we arrived unfortunately we... left extremely disgusted. When we started our order a someone on the counter was bleeding on the counter showing it around likeit was a joke. When it finally came time to add to our sandwiches, i had to get a replacement paper. The entire working blockwas covered in old lettuce, condiments and tomatoes. I ordered from this subway again. This is the 3rd time that my order was messed up. I'm beyond upset. When I pay extra for... something I expect that I'm getting what I paid for. They couldn't even cut my sub in half. I ordered a steak and cheesefootlong pro "DOUBLE" protein. I didn't get the "DOUBLE" protein. This is the last time I'm ordering from this location.
