Not sure how they stay in business. This is my final visit. The staff is ridiculous, they have no sense of urgency at all and... they talk like they have a mouth full of marbles, so you really can't understand what they are saying in the drive thru. Everysingle time I have been here they get something wrong. Like tonight, asked for a burrito without the onions, somehow thattranslates to add sour cream.....Where is management for this place? Everything was wrong. And it looked like it was an afterthought. I wouldn?t feed this to my dog. More than half of our order was... missing and the other half was entirely wrong. Update: churnchwap was a quesadilla shaped like the other. Only beef and nachocheese. Read more
Came in today and was wanting a Baja freeze during happy hour and there machine was not working
All of my tacos and food items were completely unfinished. Missing lettuce and other ingredients. Several of my items just had... cheese. Completely left out several items from my family's meals too. Manager should be fired. Rude ugly-attitude girl at the window for no reason from the start. We get home to 5 Crunchwraps with... no meat and then were refused a full refund or given new product for the inconvenience (when it was clearly done on purpose)?Trash.
