They was out of sweet tea, and the menu wasn't up to date for what was currently available. Would not allow two orders to be... placed while in drive thru line. Employees had attitude after circling the building to place a second order. Food was just ok,but just slapped together. Read more
Two times in the past week I have pulled in to order at this location to place an order only to be told they are only accepting... door dash. The problem is once you are in this line you cannot get out of it and had to wait 15 minutes. You could post a signbefore you enter. This is beyond frustrating and so inconsiderate. I drove to the cherry road location and was promptly served.Not sure what is happening at the Heckle Road location. They just don?t care. Read more
The food here is great, the accuracy however is not as high as it should be. It seems like at least 2 out of every 3 orders is... not right. I do like the quality of the food, I also appreciate the friendliness of the cashiers but I just can not give a 5star review because the accuracy is subpar. The big plus of fast food is consistency. When you order a Whopper you know what you are getting. I had been to this Taco Bell... and number of times without complaint. On this visit the food was horrible. Was this an all-new crew? Where was the manager? Who was supervising the kitchen? I was not pleased. Read more
This location had great tacos...stay away from York location. They have soggy tacos. Update: 5/19/2022.. The mexican pizzas are... back! There was a 45 minute wait in the drive thru, they got our order wrong, but made it right when I went inside. They werehaving computer problems, but everyone was super nice. Read more
Tried to go through the drive through at 845pm and they're only accepting Doordash deliveries. So we're stuck in the drive... through waiting to get out between 8 other cars that can't order anything. Maybe put a sign out if you won't serve us so we'renot stuck for no reason ??????? Read more
