We were passing thru going home , my step father places the order via drive thru doors were locked . He ordered and said wait... can I add this last thing nobody responded so when we got to the window he asked did you hear me ? Could I add a quesadilla. Theman took his card shook his head no . When he opened the window to return his card he asked well can you ring it up separatelysince you didn?t hear me at the speaker ? And the kid shook his head no and closed the window , when he opened the window ablonde girl walked up folded her arms and sat at the window glaring until he handed the bag to us . Never once spoke to us ,besides stating the first three items we tried to ordered were ? Out of stock ? would just shake his head. No greeting at thewindow , no thanks have a great day , wouldn?t even verbally respond to our questions , Had his hood on . Not what should beworking the drive thru . Food was super watery and just thrown in the bag. Would not recommend coming here to anybody who waspassing thru the area. Read more
09/13/22 ordered 20$ worth of food. No chipotle sauce on any of the 4 items I ordered that?s supposed to come with it. Didn?t... give me 2 supreme tacos I paid for. Phone isn?t even on to call and get them, it just goes to voicemail and doesn?t let youleave a message. Can?t even talk to anyone and the employees obviously don?t care. Wasn?t in rush hour. I've always had pretty positive experiences at this location. What stood out the most today was definitely the service! The... lady ( I believe her name is CJ, the receipt said Cearia but the person at the window called her CJ) that greeted me at thedrive through was very pleasant and friendly. When I reached the window I could see she was training another individual on thecomputer system. Her positive attitude, demeanor, and encouragement to this individual was absolutely exceptional. This issomething that's sadly not seen very much in this industry. I'm a fan of Taco Bell despite acknowledging many locations have a sub-par atmosphere. This location is great! We recently... started having an obligation 2x/week near here and after our first appointment we stopped at this Taco Bell for dinner and thedrive-thru staff was so friendly, helpful, and courteous they made loyal patrons out of us. I failed to get the drive-thruworker's name, but he stood out as one of the nicest, most patient fast food drive thru employees I've experienced in a longtime. We now go at least 1x/week and have found the inside to be as clean, welcoming, and enjoyable as our drive-thruexperiences. Read more
The food was actually good and not messy. I gave e a 3 stars because the young gentleman at the drive through window had an... attitude. Not sure if it was because I added 2 twists at the window then asked for sauce. Idk but I didn't think that would besuch a big deal. Then clearly we were 5 of us and only got 3 napkins just ridiculous but at least the food was good. Read more
Yes, that is a PIECE OF PLASTIC in my burrito!!! I almost swallowed this too. I am so disappointed, I usually like this taco... bell. I know mistakes happen but i still feel disgusted about this. The manager CJ called me and was very nice about the wholesituation. Read more
Never had an issue with customer service here, they?re actually pretty friendly but there is always a shortage of something.... Either ?no black beans? , ?only have tacos and quesadillas?, or even ?we don?t have any food? lmao you never know what (ifanything) you?ll be able to order when you pull up. Read more
