The absolute WORST Wendy?s I?ve ever been to hands down!! I placed an order at the east Main Street drive thru which was 15... minutes away from my home. When I got home one of the burgers was RAW. I called the location on Tinsel bye mistake and themanager Dawn answered and was extremely aggressive and rude the phone I explained that the burger was Raw and she out rightcalled me a LIAR and then demanded I come back up there. I explained it?s 15 minutes away can I come in the morning and shesaid bring the food and receipt. She was so rude that I got in my car and drove up there because I had to see what managerwould call a customer a LIAR like that. When I arrived at the East Main Street location they explained I had called the wronglocation, replaced the order and were extremely apologetic about the way Manager Dawn at the other location spoke to me. Iwanted to tell Dawn that she should always confirm store locations and never just call the customer a liar especially if you?redemanding the product back with a receipt the meal returned because you would clearly know upon receiving the item and recipientinstead of calling the person a liar!! She came to the window noticed my children in the car and was still rude and nastystating ?why are you even here ?as soon as I began to speak and she realized who I was. She then slammed the window in my faceand walked away. She was wearing a disgusting looking brown coat and did not look like an employee at all. Dawn does not need tobe in a customer service/ management position. SHE CLEARLY IS NOT TRAINED. Read more

I stopped at Wendy's in Rock Hill. I was eating as I was driving home. I just happened to look down and my spicy chicken... sandwich is RAW. Not a little pink but RAW. Seriously,let your employees know this chicken is NOT precooked it is RAW. Read more

Drive around twice to see if this store was even open due to no one being inside. Workers were sitting in their cars with... headsets on and when we pulled up to order they stated ?sorry we are taking a short 20 minute break due to us being shortstaffed.? I understand low staffing right now but it was 10:30 pm and there was absolutely NO ONE in the store. Hopefullymanagement figures this out. Read more

Customer service was awful. Said they didn't have something that was on their menu because they didn't know. Told us to "calm... down" because we asked about it. Were insanely rude. Host was Leara and cashier was Lanesha. Both awful and rude children. Alsotook 26 minutes to order and get food. Very slow for "fast" food. Read more

The service there is the worst I've ever seen. Very poor customer service. Drive thru service is just awful I've waited an hour... and 10 minutes on my to go order and not one employee said sorry for the long wait or was at all apologetic at any point while Iwas waiting on my order. And this is not the first time since I doordash as a second income i have to go there alot and its thesame sad story everytime I go. Since the covid outbreak these fast food restaurants have been doing very poor business by nothaving their inside dining open at anytime of day and having extremely long waits in drive thru as if they don't care how longwe the customers wait in line Read more

This was the most miserable dining experience I have had in many years. I was there for lunch with three friends from work. We... walked in with a couple that had a van full of kids waiting in the parking lot. Somehow, the couple got in line between our 4person group. To begin with, there is only one register at the service counter. Nobody offered to take anybody's order forseveral minutes. After about 5 minutes, the clerk said we might want to use the drive through. Evidently there was already anorder in the register. THAT customer was standing in the parking lot waiting for a friend to bringca different debit cardbecause hers had been declined. The store SHOULD HAVE VOIDED HER ORDER and continued to help other customers!!! (If they had a2nd register, this would have fixed this issue) Well... 5 more minutes later, after that was resolved, it did NOT get better!The sales clerk would take ONE order and leave the register to help pack THAT order. The lady with 11 kids was in front of me. The sales clerk left the register to help her order of 11 burgers and 2 chicken tender orders. I was in the restaurant 20minutes before I placed my order!! My friend from work behind me in line never even ordered! This Wendy's is the mostDISORGANIZED "FAST" Food operation I have ever witnessed! They need help!! Read more

I understand that some restaurants are understaffed but to have the dinning room closed and have the drive thru wrapped around... the store and doing what seems to be serving one car at time is ridiculous. What's even worse is getting to the window andseeing 5 employees standing there. Yes, I counted 5 employees in the drive thru area with 3 just standing there and the other 2taking money and the other taking orders. Since, I waited in line for so long my food was cold of course. I've worked in fastfood and yes it sucks at times but at least gotta try to do better. (From the picture looks like only 4 but there were 5) Read more

TRAVELERS BEWARE! Avoid this Wendy?s! The one redeeming quality about this restaurant was the server who took our drive-thru... order was quite pleasant. I stopped inside to use the restroom and was shocked at how unclean the facilities were. Kitchengloves and a cigarette butt littered the floor of the bathroom and all areas of the restaurant were filthy. Unfortunately theservice, apart from our order taker, was rude and slow. I placed a mobile order through the app 15 minutes before arriving andit still took 20 minutes to get our food, which was of poor quality. Stale tasting bread, slightly above lukewarm food andunseasoned fries. No condiments were included with our order despite me adding them to the mobile order. I expected better ofthis Rock Hill restaurant and hope others will learn from my misfortune. Read more
