This place is absolutely horrible! I sent in a mobile order, and when I got to the speaker, no one answered. I then pulled up... to the window and told them about my mobile order. They then told me that they don?t do mobile orders (even though they couldclearly see my order) and wouldn?t give me a refund! All I wanted was a baked potato, but according to them, it was going totake an hour to make ONE potato! This is absolutely ridiculous and I hope this place gets shut down, or the employees who tookmy order better get fired. They were so rude and even patronized me. I will NEVER be eating here again. This was worst fast food experience entirely because of the horrible manager on duty 11/11/22 late shift. She and her staff had... no one in line or in dining room but made me wait 15 minutes before acknowledging me or my order. They preferred to rank toeach other versus us serving customers. I?ve never experienced service as poor as this Wendy?s. A few weeks ago I watch then at 7:30pm tell at least 6 cars they were... closed only to take the orders of the last two cars in the drive through. They just didn?t want to deal with the long line andtold people they were closed instead. Absolute insanity. I also drive for DoorDash and they just decide not to do orders andtell you that someone else picked the order up. The manager also HIT A WOMAN IN THE HEAD for asking for her food that theyforgot. I rarely do reviews but this place is AWFUL. Each time there is the longest wait, rudeness, & the food is GROSS!! I reluctantly... went by today bc Chick fila is closed & my daughter wanted it. I looked in my bag & the nuggets had half the breading coming off& the rest was gooey. I showed the cashier & she said well our fryer messed up you?d have to order another meal. If I could give this place as zero star I would. Every time I go to this location the employees are rude. I get being... understaffed, but as a food service worker, your priority is the customer. There have been numerous occasions. I have gone tothis location and they have refused to take my order. Most of which have occurred before 11:00 p.m. at night. Everytime I gothey say they are closed even though all the lights, inside and out, are on and there are about 6 to 7 cars in the parking lot. Read more
It was very very very very very very slow need i day very again... not only that, they kept giving me the wrong items! I'm... severely allergic to tomatoes & I expressed this about 10x! They still put tomatoes on my sandwich & I was nice about it eventho I'm highly irritated about them messing up like that! They gave me the wrong drinks 2x,I drove off my child took adrink(its dark after 9pm) I had to turn back around to get him the right drink! They where rude about it all. I went to Wendy?s last night to wait over 30 mins before somebody told us that it was close and we got in the line before 11pm.... The store hours need to be changed on Google so that the hours are not misleading to customers. Gas is too high to be ridingover town to places for them to be closed. It could?ve saved us time and money going somewhere else. Read more
I was very disappointed with the staff and their horrible accuracy. I special order food meaning it is not made the usual way... and was at the drive through. I told them specifically three times what I was ordering and they still got it wrong. Upontelling them so, they begrudgingly remade it only to get it half wrong again. After that, i went in from the drive through andthey angrily made it yet again and on the wrapper was smeared an ingredient I am allergic to and said it was a food allergyclearly. It was like they did it just to spite me and I was very disappointed at the entire experience. Too bad 0 stars is notan option. The entire experience was terrible.
