Went thru drive up. It was busy, but went thru line quickly. Received my food as well as a kids meal. Forgot to tell them up... on ordering I wanted the Halloween promotion of a pumpkin pail. I told the person at the first window that I needed the pail,by the time I reached the second window it was there with the kids meal in the pail and my food. I think they should change the oil they use for the potatoes more often, the customer service is not good since one speaks on... the dataphone and they do not answer or do not listen or are doing something else. Less put customer service. and they do notpay attention to what you ask for in your order Read more
The customer service was horrible. They open the window and just stick their hand out for the payment. Always messing up our... order. Have to go in and wait for them to make what they forgot or fix what they messed up. Service and quality have wentdownhill. Read more
