Went thru drive up. It was busy, but went thru line quickly. Received my food as well as a kids meal. Forgot to tell them up... on ordering I wanted the Halloween promotion of a pumpkin pail. I told the person at the first window that I needed the pail,by the time I reached the second window it was there with the kids meal in the pail and my food. Second window made sure to askif it was my order. Everything was correct. My McRib was wonderful. Glad they were back again! Read more
I think they should change the oil they use for the potatoes more often, the customer service is not good since one speaks on... the dataphone and they do not answer or do not listen or are doing something else. Less put customer service. and they do notpay attention to what you ask for in your order Read more
The customer service was horrible. They open the window and just stick their hand out for the payment. Always messing up our... order. Have to go in and wait for them to make what they forgot or fix what they messed up. Service and quality have wentdownhill. Read more

Went in today like I normally do to get large iced coffee and the ice coffee machine was down. Asked to speak to a manager... because it was an inconvenience that the machine wasn't working so I figured they let me use my app to pay for a drink and theycould swap it for another. Manager told me their was nothing they could do about the machine and refused to give me acomplimentary drink and I'm a regular. Rude. Unreasonable and nasty attitude from Ramon..I will be calling corporate tocomplain. Whatever happened to customer service on a easy fix. I will not be patronizing this establishment again. Read more
Great service be going here my whole life!! Great Manager as well!! He handled the rowdy teenagers that come there after school... every day very well too . He was talking hanging out with them asking if they start in football . The guy deserves a raise !! Itwould be utter chaos if someone else had tried to do his job . Easy drive through with no problems. Stopped to get the grandchild a quick easy meal while out running errands. Prices have... definitely gone up, but that is everywhere! Read more
The staff is always so nice when you eat-in. And despite being busy with drive-thru, they always get my order right :)
