The food was fine but the service has been consistently terrible at this location. Multiple times I've pulled up to the pick up... window and been left waiting with employees seeing me sitting there and just walking away. When I called to check on delivery time - over an hour after ordering, the person who answered the phone said that both the... delivery driver and my pizza were not in the store. There was an offer made to provide me with a credit, but as I order onlineand not by pone, I see no way to use a store credit. The delivery driver delivered a cold pizza. I am positive it was NOT coldwhen she left the store to deliver it. Ala in all it took over an hour and 15 minutes after my order before my food wasdelivered COLD. I fault the driver. Read more
