On Wednesday night, 28 Sep, my daughter went into the RI Whitey's to get ice cream for the family. After standing in-line, when... it was her turn, the employee who just happened to bully and torrment my daughter *four years ago* (and they have not talkedsince) *shouted* through the store so the employees and customers in the store could hear "I'm not helping that girl downthere." The employee then proceeded to walk into back where another associate eventually came out. He's never met my daughter,but proceeded to call her by name. Now, if the female worker - we will call "Isa" - didn't tell him my daughter's name, how didhe know it? Half way through making my daughter's order, the male employee begged "Isa" to assist, so she did make one of ouritems. This employee was a bully and literally wished and called for not alive on my child *four years ago*, but now has a joband responsibility and can't stay professional enough to make/take an order for the person *she* bullied? Or at least *quietly*ask another employee to make the order - but instead shouts it store wide? After her poor behavior, we didn't feel comfortableeating the item she made. This behavior by the employee still appeares to be a form of bullying (attempted embarrassment andbelittling) after *four* years. We won't be back. Read more

It?s ice cream!!! It?s Local and it?s amazing! Knocking one star off as the drive- thru is horrible. They simply do not have a... flow down at all after months of having it set up. And because they are so good with ice cream the cars are lined up aroundanother local restaurant causing a tangle and frustrating to the those eating there with parking. Read more
Finally made it here for their ice cream while my son attends Augustana College nearby. Definitely worth it. Smooth, creamy and... very flavorful. Some of the best ice cream I?ve ever tasted. I had their version of a Blizzard which is one of their shakes.Several toppings to choose from and candy is opened fresh for each shake. Hand-scooped ice cream is mixed with your choice oftoppings and then blended together for a smooth creamy concoction. Make the trip to get their ice cream. You will not bedisappointed. Enjoy! I was told that Whitey's as a "must try" during a visit to the quad cities. It really is a place to visit as the ice cream is... home made and great tasting. Whitey's has a variety of flavors which can be eaten in a cone, made into a sundae, float, shake ormalt. The prices are reasonable and the servings are huge!! Read more
