Place is okay. Definitely needs an exterior paint refresh since it?s peeling. Men?s bathroom is graffitied and paint is peeling... off too. This doesn?t bother me, but I can see how it could bother others who equate the appearance of a place with its level ofcleanliness. Toilet functional.
