It took 4 times to get our order right, FINALLY after 4 sandwiches later, we got what we ordered! It was the worst experience... I've ever had there. And the place was filthy! Waited 21 minutes after my order was taken for my food. That's fine if I was at a restaurant but this is fast food. By time my... order was given to me my fries were soggy and hamburgers were cold. Great atmosphere though. Everyone seemed friendly. Read more
Rock port McDonald?s it would be nice to have clean tables to set at in restaurant and floors definitely needed cleaned! I... remember there always was a person cleaning bathrooms and wiping tables off and sweeping the floors and the customer serviceneeds to be improved thank you I know when I worked there years ago all that was a priority. The food was as expected. That's the benefit of McDonald's. You always know what you're getting. They lacked staff though which... made service a lot slower than expected and my husband said the men's bathroom floor was puddled with assuming urine. Read more
Edit: it?s truly about the staff that runs a McDonald?s in determining if you?re going to have a good experience or not . There... is a young blonde girl that works here early at 5 a.m. and she does not care about her job at all. Name may be KS or Sidel? Itypically stop here about three days a week as I work two hours away into the city. I?ve come across this girl a few times nowand she?s never very pleasant . today she worked the cashier drive-through and the food menu. She told me to be patient after Iordered and so I was . This morning when I got my typical sausage burrito with hot sauce and an iced vanilla coffee, The burritowas still half frozen . Whatever she?s having a bad morning I get it . It wasn?t until I started drinking my iced coffee whenall of a sudden I felt like a thick hair hit the roof of my mouth drinking out of the straw. I?m refusing to swallow my mouthfull coffee while trying to get whatever it is out of my mouth without getting coffee everywhere. I finally get this object thatcame up through my straw and it appears to be a long old slimy piece of lettuce. I am livid and don?t find her lack ofmotivation in her job appealing. I think at this point if I hear her talk in the drive-through I?ll just keep on driving. Notworth wasting my time nor my money. We stopped at this McDonald's often and typically the experience is not the best. Usually we need to stop there due to location... and there are not a lot of other options. This time wasn't exception as they prepared our order efficiently. The bathrooms werevery clean. Our order came out correct and in a timely manner! I've been a bit down on these stores since they jacked prices up to where you can dine in for less than a burger, fries, and... drink cost. Thus Store did nothing to improve my view.
