Had an unpleasant experience with an unprofessional cashier. I came in at 8:30 AM Wednesday, August 3 to order a sausage egg... McMuffin with folded egg and a medium iced coffee. I originally ordered a small coffee and sausage egg McMuffin with folded egghowever the cashier proceeded to say they only sell large and extra large hazelnut iced coffee. I asked when did they startdoing that, and then they responded with sorry we actually only have medium and large. She repeated the order back to me and Ijumbled English fashion and I just repeated to her back what I ordered and she said yes. She charged me about five dollars andsome change after using the two dollar breakfast sandwich discount code I noticed was a bit odd. When my order was ready theygave me a chicken nugget box with an extra egg with an additional egg inside the sandwich that was rounded. I was very confusedby that because I repeated exactly what I said three times so there was no way to have confusion because I never mentionedextra. It?s very common to ask if you want folded or rounded egg. When I went to the counter I told them why was I give it anextra egg I asked for a just a folded egg and the haole manager said they make me another one. I left the sandwich open on thecounter because the protocol is you have to give back the food to get a return. They proceeded to ask me why it?s there and thenthe other manager said we need to make her another sandwich and refund her. So the same older Hispanic lady who was supposed togive me the refund proceeded to try and correct me and say that I asked for extra when I did not. And try to smile and say thatI was incorrect even though her English skills are subpar. I repeated it to her very slowly because I was aware of her Englishspeaking skills not being the best.
