I ordered a halal turkey and 3pounds of wings. Everything arrived quickly and was well packed in an ecologically friendly... insulated box. Communication was EXCELLENT from the moment I called with my first question to the day the turkey arrived on mydoorstep! The turkey itself was beautiful. I have been cooking for my family Thanksgiving for about 15 years, halal turkeys forthe past 6 of those. This was the best looking and tasting turkey yet! We had the blessing of completing our first udhiya / qurbani here in 2022. Although I had never slaughtered or processed an... animal myself, the Halal Pastures team was very supportive throughout the process. There were also options to have someoneslaughter and process on my behalf - I was able to select the option that made me most comfortable.
