Had my husband order a salad for me with the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on it. He came home with the bowl and all that was in... there was the meat and toppings and no salad. I called immediately and the girl acted like she didn't know what was going on.She talked to her manager I would suppose because she said someone higher up than her and for my husband to come back and theywould make it over again. Didn't speak with a manager or anything and could hear her laughing about it!!!!! Get some olderpeople or at least a decent manager that knows what's going on. I just went there tonight and 2 of the workers Bethany and Parker were very nice and did a great job serving my sister Kayla and... I. But one of the works Denver stood in the back and didn't help the people up front and ignored the other workers when theyasked him to come help. Online orders came in and he still refused to come up front and help. I worked there for 3 years and wealways had to help the customers first even if we were in the middle of doing something.
