Very disappointed by how they treat their customer. I spent $25 and finished my burrito there and decided to claim my reward: a... fountain drink. The elder woman cashier there lied in front of me said I have to spend $5 without knowing their own restaurantchain rule. I didn?t want to argue with her and just ordered successfully on their app with my reward points without having tospend the $5 as what she lied! When I filled up the drink, she came to me with an insulting impression: what are you doing! Itthen triggers the whole argument. I am not that type of person that know how to argue but I felt insulted by how they lied andtreated customers unfairly. The manager also back up the cashier to insult us in public even they know I didn?t make anymistake. The whole experience was just very disappointed and upset. This is absolutely the worst Chipotle in a 50 mile radius. I used to eat here regularly prior to moving out of town in 2015.... When I came back in 2020 this place has not once managed to get my online pick up order correct despite there being a ticketwith line by line of items to be used. They either always forget the guacamole or simply put barely enough on. It'sdisappointing to continue to try to eat Chipotle only to have employees not pay any attention to the order details. Youliterally have 1 job. Tonight after returning and asking them to remake my order since it was missing 3 ingredients (includingguac) 2 people remade it together only to close the bowl without any guacamole. We went later at night but not closing and they barely gave us any food but charged us full price. They were very rude to us... when we asked for more than didn?t give us extra rice or chicken after giving us a 1/2 scoop. The food wasn?t even warm at alland it was disgusting. This is why bubbakoo?s burritos is a better restaurant plus they are more affordable and give you a lotof food. Never again will I be going there. Read more

I am utterly disgusted! I just ordered food from this place. When I was nearly finished with my meal I found multiple chunks of... hair in my burrito bowl. It looked as if someone with short hair had gotten a haircut and then gone to work only to have lots oflittle hair pieces fall into the food. I will never eat here again! Read more

I have a love/hate relationship with Chipotle. The reason for this is the sheer lack of consistency between different locations.... For example, the location in Ramsey NJ is very good. Unfortunately, the Rockaway location is trash - at least when it comes tocarry out. I ordered a meal for my entire family last week and was thoroughly disappointed because the order was wrong and theportion size was laughable. You will generally not discover these issues until you are already home. I?m still waiting for acall from someone at Chipotle but I?ve uploaded a picture that shows just how wrong two orders were. You would think after thedebacle at Chipotle a few years ago they would have a much more customer-focused culture but that is clearly not the case. Avoidthis place! Read more

This was very yummy and tasty and very filling !! Deff recommend coming and the girl serving me was very nice !! Super friendly... great customer service wish I seen a name tag to give her credit !
