This is the 3rd morning in a row that I received the wrong order in the drive through. I get to work and it's the wrong thing.... Staff is a bit rude. Doesn't make coffee or hot chocolate how you ask. I don't like coffee too much, it's too bitter. However I... do love the Dunkachino, with some extra hot chocolate added. Now I'm aware a Dunkachino is premixed hot chocolate and coffee;but I've never had an issue with them adding extra hot chocolate.....till I went here. The person who took my order gave meatittude like I was inconveniencing her by adding an extra step. She said she didn't think that was possible .However all theother DD I've been to they just add less Dunkachino and than move it over to the Hot Chocolate dispenser and press the button.So I asked she can't just do that? She got annoyed said she can try. I then drove up to the window and proceeded to WATCH herjust pour a Dunkachino, however I gave her benefit of the doubt and paid for my coffee and went on my way.... Well I was wrongupon tasting it it tasted too bitter for my liking. I will not be going back to this Dunkin. My request was small anduncomplicated and could have easily been accommodated like it has else where. If this is the atittude they are going to keephaving this Dunkin is going to go down hill quickly. Especially since there is SO many of them, you can easily go to theDenville location or the one located inside ShopRite. While those seem slightly out of the way I'd rather get my order the wayI'd like it than settle for convenience of a drive-thru. Read more

Newly renovated and first time I?ve seen a ?Dunkin? (not Donuts). Looks great?bakery up front, ?tap? setup of different brew... intensities, and highball tables with lots of outlets. Only gripe: styro cups were replaced with flimsy paper and the storedid not have sleeves... ouch! Read more

Service is slow and terrible. They dont really ever pay attention to what you order, they just put together what they feel like... doing. As far as coffee goes, the chances of the coffee actually tasting decent is slim. If you enjoy your coffee actuallytasting like coffee, you're better off going a mile down the road to the 7Eleven and get some there. Read more

Couldn't get cold brew, machine that measures cream was being cleaned and they poured a ton in and didn't seem to realize or... notice how wrong it was. As far as taste dunkin donuts can be hit or miss by location, this one seems to be a miss. Read more

Bleh....this DD is definitely below average. It seems like everyone's new and there isn't a manager on site to direct them.... Cashiers/servers aren't friendly and are slow. When I'm in a rush in the morning, they're not. What ever happened to customerservice?? I'm not a morning person by any means, but when I walk out of this DD (or exit the lot after using the drive thru),it makes my mornings even worse. Read more

Just went in to get some donuts there, as I asked for a strawberrry frosted with no sprinkles and a glazed donut as well and... one other. ALL 3 were wrong when we walked out. NOT ONE SCREWED UP ALL OF THEM. I really didn?t want to do this but I am fumingmad as I write this. The worker was more worried about other non working related things then my order. Do not go here unless youwant what you didn?t order. Take ur business somewhere else because the service is worse than anything I have encountered in my16 years of living. As well if you or in a rush you might wait for a simple order up to 10 minutes. It?s sad that the corp. ofDunkin can be tarnished by one establishment Read more

Make sure your hot cup lids are securely on. My daughter received a 2nd degree burn because her hot tea lid wasn't on and she... tripped. The manager has yet to send promised gifts. Read more
