The food was not up-to their normal standards. We had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for it and it was lukewarm at best.... The place was being remodeled and was not just messy, but dirty. Ordered through Door Dash. After an hour wait, order was delivered. The sandwich was very good. But the side of Panera's tomato... and cucumber basil salad feel short. I got two tablespoons for $2.59. I called Panera and the manager was going to refund mycredit card. But her register told her I needed to call Door Dash. Why? Panera owes me the money! I got robbed. Wow, this location is super busy whenever I stop in. And although it?s busy, they?re pretty much in control making sure... everyone?s order comes out nice and quick! Lines always move pretty fast as well. Floors are always cleaned and the staff isalways polite. This location is nothing short of a 5 Star review! I went into Panera today and I took notice to a worker there her name on my receipt said Veronica she had red hair well it was... busy in there ! And she hustled! She got every ones food to them quickly no waiting long at all.. she was focused and did herjob well I take notice to things like that and I like to let people no it is appreciated! I placed an order on the app for delivery at 7:06 pm. My order was supposed to be delivered 8:00 - 8:15. I called them at 8:00... with no answer. I had to keep calling and they finally picked up at 8:30 and said the order will be delivered in 15 minutes. Ithen tried calling Panera 6 more times until they picked up at 8:58. The worker was rude and said oh are you the $63 order. She said that I should have called earlier even though I told her I spoke to someone who told me it would be delivered and Itried to keep calling after that and nobody picked up. I asked for a refund because she did not have any idea when my order wasgoing to be delivered. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Read more
