I've recently become a fan of red Robin. I never really went there before moving to the Area. The burgers are really good. I... love the banzai burger and have also tried the black and blue? Burger and it was great. I took off one star only because theplace seems very understaffed. If you eat in, it takes a long time to get your food. The servers are really doing their bestand are very nice and helpful but look overwhelmed. I have also done take out and feel I get my food quicker with take out thendine in. Read more

We ordered dinner for my kid and got the kids menu Mac and cheese. I think there was maybe one cup of food. They couldn't even... fill it to the top of the small container. Definitely not worth the cost. My husband also requested no mayo on his burger. Itcame pretty much soaked in mayo. Read more

This location is filthy. The floors hadn?t been swept. We were sat in a booth by the window looking out to the mall. The glass... was covered in fingerprints and smudges. The window sill itself was filthy. I had to wipe my seat just to sit down. The tablesfelt sticky. We accidentally spilled a lemonade so they moved us to the next booth. Just as dirty. Then I watched them come wipeup lemonade with just a napkin and I understood why the tables were sticky. Nothing was actually sprayed clean. I watched thewaitress (not even a busser) come clear two tables next to me and they were just wiped down with a napkin too. My table had nosalt but two ketchups. Two of us ordered burgers. They were so burnt that they tasted charred (ordered medium). The plus sidewas my son loved his wings and fries. We also had the bacon cheese dip for our fries which was really tasty. Read more

Where to begin. Location, 4/5. It's in the mall, so there isn't much to complain about here. It's in a good spot, and there is... access from outside the mall. Cleanliness, 2/5. The tables were not very clean, nor were the seats. The utensils were alsodirty, with spots of dirt on 2 of the 4 forks. Food, 4/5. The food is normally good at Red Robins, and this location wasn't muchof an exception. I have had better Red Robin's food but this one was just slightly under the baseline. Service, 0/5. We gotthere and were given a table, although we wanted a booth. Half of the booths were unused but they probably didn't have staff,that's fine. The server took 10 minutes to even ask about drinks. Once we got them, we requested a few minutes, not the 15 moreminutes it took him to return. Then, we waited 20 minutes to receive food. From there, we waited great lengths of time,sometimes 15 minutes for him to return so we could get refills on fries or drinks. The absent mindedness of the server was aabsolute no-go for us. We even went to the front to inquire, after waiting those 10 minutes, on when we would be waited upon sowe can order our food. When they did bring out the food, they were missing some of the food and sauces we ordered. On top ofthat, the receipt show that we ordered garlic fries that we did not order. It's been ages since I've been to Red Robin and stopped in Thursday with my best friend to grab dinner around 830. Luckily it... wasn't super busy and everyone was spaced out seating wise. Shout out to our server Kelly for taking excellent care of us allnight. The service was fast and the burgers were grilled perfectly to how we wanted them prepared. Kelly went above and beyondwith checking on us and providing the customer care and experience you look for when dining out. I hope her manager sees thisreview and can share the praise with her. Well deserved and she was working hard to cover her tables. Five stars ????? forKelly My only constructive feedback is the burger patties definitely shrunk from what I remember a few years ago for theirsignature burgers.
