Placing an order through the app here is straight up impossible. Couldn't spend my money here even if I tried. Hours here are... completely inaccurate. Tried placing an order around 8:20pm, which to me seemed like a perfectly reasonable amount of timebefore 9pm, let alone the stated 9:30pm close time. Showed up around 8:40, place was already closed. The lady at this Subway denied me a sandwich when I ordered and paid through the app claiming that their computer went down and... did not give me any gaurantees that my money will be refunded. I decided to dispute the amount with the credit card company andI will never return to this Subway again. Never order through the app for this Subway. Read more
The worst subway I?ve been to in my entire life ? I love subway but this one is horrible and I don?t recommend anybody comes... here ?. The manager is a terrible person and he teaches the staff to make the sandwiches like him with barley any meat andtopping . I order the same sandwich everytime . and everytime I come here the sandwich is half the size of other subways I go toit?s disgusting . you would think the manager is paying for the meat himself ? absolutely the worst subway i?ve been to. I would go to subway way more if this wasn?t the only one near. The workers are always... rude. I asked them for oil and vinegar and they walked away. I also asked them for another sandwich four times and they ignoredme. Before i ordered i ask how much a sub was and she rolled her eyes at me to bring in another coworker who gave me the samedisrespect. They didn?t even say thank you, or have a good day. or welcome us. they looked super miserable. get a new staff asapbecause this subway makes all subways look bad. Read more
The people are ok, but if I am paying almost $10 for a sandwich at least put some meat on the sandwich. The meat on this... sandwich barely covers the bread. Then they make up for lack of meat by putting a lot of lettuce and whatever else you get onthe sandwich. Horrible! I thought the first time might have been a fluke. I will never come here again! Worst subway I've been in ever. (I love the franchise itself, so this is solely on this store) Very impolite, never change... their expired menu, totally lack of customer service mind. Locals in America usually give good ratings, or even overrated, buteven they gave this rating and I know why for sure. Can't believe they're still on business. Subway should take authority to usetheir franchise from these horrible people. Read more
