Subway has always been one of my family's favorites. They recently re-vamped their menu which in my opinion was more to save... money than to offer an improved experience. They removed Ranch dressing (currently the most popular salad dressing in the US)from the menu as well as the grilled chicken. Wow, what a blow. We've literally ordered hundreds of those 12-inch subs but nowthey're gone. In place of ranch they now offer a plastic-tasting chipotle ranch which makes generic dressings tastegourmet-level. The bliss has left the building. I do have to say that this particular store has always had friendly andprofessional workers every time I've been. And the bread is still really good. Otherwise, this would have been a 1-starexperience. I hope that Subway corporate changes their menu back a bit. Read more
HORRIBLE STORE, RUDE AND UNCOUTH MANAGEMENT. I went into the store today to buy three footlongs because I had a coupon deal. I... order three subs and present the coupon and the lady says we don?t accept coupons and points to a tiny sign that a person wouldneed a microscope to read. When I asked her why this was the case she proceeds to tell me ?no stores in this area acceptcoupons? ? beyond the idiocy of the rationale , the ?sandwich artist? proceeds to throw a temper tantrum because I asked her toexplain the policy. When I told her she was getting a negative review, she threw the knife down hastily, and told me shedoesn?t care to talk and to get out. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. This is my new favorite subway, super clean and very fresh ingredients. The main lady who works there is wonderful.
We come here frequently and have never been disappointed. Very clean product display. We were able to get our sandwiches... quickly, and the gentleman working there was very professional and polite. He was very efficient, and everything turned outgreat. Read more
I always come here to get a steak and cheese sandwich, and I?m telling you everything from the sandwich to the customer service... is flawless. The employees are extremely hard working and diligent! Hands down the best Subway I?ve ever been to in my entirelife. Read more
I literally every week to every other week come to this Subway restaurant I usually have no issues... I'm not happy this time... around after ordering/paying for three footlong meatball subs... Which for me is my first trying this sandwich. Trulydisappointed in the fact that I brought to the attention of the instaff manager. I couldn't consume my sandwich nor would Iallow my 7yr old who agreed w/me they were too salty!! This is the first time in my life I have ever had to outright complainabout not being satisfied and instead of helping the situation she chose to irately yell at me!!! Inturn showing horriblecustomer service... For this reason alone I will never come to this store again!! I found this experience truly embarrassing asshe did it in front of other customers!! If I could give no stars I would. Went here recently with my son and felt very uncomfortable and like my son and I were being... judged because of who we are!!! While our 6" sandwich was being made I stated that I wanted the foot long. I was told "I alreadystarted making this one so u have to pay for it" I simply stated, "ok just give me two 6". No customer has to pay for anything,if one decides to purchase something else and that's not what I was doing. I wanted the larger sandwich. My 9 year old son wentin the refrigerator to get water and was being watched. The man working there has a problem with certain people. It was veryobvious. Read more
Customer service was great!! Family enjoyed their subs!! Highly recommend the Philly cheese steak!
