Worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been too!! Took forever to just give me a hot coffee. The next night I went and sat at the drive thru... trying to order and sat there for so long I eventually drove to the first window and all the little kids were just laughing andplaying around in their and not one had a head set to take orders!! I use the Drive thru in the mornings on the way to work...service is fast -duh- drive thru...food is served fresh and hot.

Worse service ever. Pay for fresh large ????without????instead they gave me a small fry. The lady that was at the window atthe... time didn't know how to count out the proper $$$. Had an attitude when corrected asked for the Manger who had a Worse attitudethen her worker. Read more

Normally good just nerd to fix drive thru. Shouldn't have to wait 20 to 30 mins in a drive thru line when they have two slots to... order from but only always keep just one open all the time. Read more

For walk in it was on screen ordering only. Service was quick. I got my own order wrong. That was funny. What I got matched my... receipt, so it was definitely my fault. Read more

Buying/paying almost 5 bucks for a large fry and then You actually only get a Small fries in a giant box. This has been... extremely common when ordering from any MCDONALD'S. They make so much money as a franchise and still have to cheat itscustomers. Tsk, tsk. They don't shake the box when scooping the fries from tray into box sleeve to let tge fries settle. It's asly trick ???? but they don't fool the customers. Read more

I returned today at this location after boycotting it for a while. I will go back to boycotting. The drive thru was packed. Went... in and used the kiosk to place my order. Punk kids in the dining area talking about every customer. Being loud and obnoxious.Ordered a coffee and few food items. The coffee was wrong, they added whip cream and returned it to me. Still wrong. I was sowrapped up in my coffee being wrong that I didn't realize that they never gave me the drink for the combo. ???? I wish thislocation would up their game in customer service and speed. Read more

Full transparency - I do not frequent McDonald's but 1-2 a year. On a family road trip, we went through the drive thru. When I... went to place my order, I wasn't rushed and told the girl that I needed a moment. When I was ready, she happily took my order. We approached the payment window and she noticed our two small children in the back seat. She asked me if they'd like acoloring sheet to which I gladly accepted. She and my wife exchanged pleasantries about the worker's hair. We then proceededto the next window to accept our food. The worker asked us to confirm our order and then realized that what we had ordered wasa combo meal and not a kid's meal - as intended. A gentlemen, possibly manager, interjected and apologized. I said it wasn't aproblem and asked if there was a toy (kid's meal toy) in the bag. He smiled and handed us two for our kids. Order was wrong,but they made it right. Everyone that we interacted with was courteous and the food was fresh. Kudos. Read more
