I waited 20 minutes for an order that wasn't right. It's a bunch of kids not listening and messing up EXPENSIVE orders. 14... dollars is high for a burger missing condiments and mediocre fries at best when I asked for well done fries. I waited 30 min for One Burger & a Tex Pack. There was no one ahead of waiting. I don't understand how it takes 30 min for a... simple burger & fries. Then charge 90 cents for half of a cheese slice on the Tex Pack burger. If it's going to take that long,let your customers know in advance. So we have an option to go elsewhere. Or at the very least train the employees to comeapologize for the delay. Not just say when you flag them down to ask how much longer and their response is "I don't know,there's only one cook" ..then tell me 3 mins, which turns into another several minutes. Read more
My experience was great, I was greeted as I walked in, the place was clean and smelled fresh and my orders were made with love,... me and my wife go there every Tuesday on half price nights and every Friday night we are always happy with the freshness of ourfood and the outstanding customer service from the assistant manager(stacy), Mallory and Renee, Jade which is some of herevening staff, they always make sure you have everything you need before you eat and greet you with a smile and love it makesour day!!! We just love Texas burger and we will continue to eat there as long as she is there!! She is one great employee whomdeserves to be recognized for her fast pace and team effort and willingness to help resolve a issue to assure the customer has agreat experience!!! Texas Burger your new assistant manager is the beyond hardworking, fast and helpful and knows how to handle a situation, I have... been in here more than once in the evening times and she is busting her tail and making sure things are sanitized and stocked aswell as making sure everything is okay and she is very understanding, she is a blessing to this place and they should be BEYONDproud to have her!!!! I will continue going to eat there with my family because she smiles and is professional and treats uslike she has known us for years and our food is always fresh and delicious!!! FINGER LICKING GOOD! I WISH I HAD ORDERED A BIGGER BURGER. I ordered a single Bacon and Cheese burger with fries and a drink... and I was sad that I didn't order more food. Don't get me wrong. The portions were good but the food was so delicious, I didn'twant to stop. I could have easily eaten the double meat. The food did take a while to come out, we sat in the drive thru forabout 20 minutes, but when we did get our order it was hot and fresh!
