There was 5 of us at dinner. We got the same thing expect one. $144 spent. No alcohol. My kids and my friend. Food was so... greasy. Grease pooled on plates. Very clean, able to sit down right away and waitress was friendly. Food came quickly and exactly as ordered, server also made... sure we were satisfied and made sure if we needed anything without interrupting too much, just about as you word hope forservice. What a perfect night out. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, very friendly, and made our dinner so fun. Our family of 4... thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal. We ordered the classic combo for an appetizer and seriously it was amazing. My 11-year-olddaughter described her kids meal containing a chicken corn dog, with french fries and yogurt with strawberries as scrumptious!!If you haven't tried the quesadilla burger you are missing out, every single bite was mouthwatering. Our waitress kept telling us she didn't know. Asking about the ribs she told us she doesn't like ribs so she never tasted... them.And the person who brought the food indicated that we ordered the wrong one and needed to upsize in order to get coleslaw.The only reason we are giving two stars is because the riblets and the French onion soup were excellent. Both mine and my wife'sfries were cold, my prime rib Dipper sandwich had about an eighth of an inch of meat on one side. I guess we'll only go back forburgers or riblets. Absolutely atrocious food and horrible service. Went for a night out with the family, half of my family didn?t get their food... till an hour later because the waiter forgot to put it in. When food finally came out it was burnt as well, not to mention lackof flavor. Wouldn?t recommend at all. Read more
Busy place most of the staff had a smile. Waitress was nice and full of smiles. My potato was left in steamer to long brownish... tint awful taste. Was replaced with the broccoli cheddar side delicious plus Gluten Sensitive also. Being I'm Celiac and manyothers we take a chance of Russian Rolet everytime we eat out. Went to eat here last night with my boyfriend. After being seated, no one said anything to us for about 15 minutes. We weren?t... even greeted, asked if what we would like to drink, nothing. Around the 20 minute mark I was like yeah, this is going to behorrible service. They weren?t busy. There was 4 different waitresses constantly walking by us, and we made eye contact with 2of them. And they still said nothing to us. We finally decided to leave because no one ended up coming up to us. We let the hostknow at the door and he didn?t even turn around to apologize.
