It's Burger King . The service was great. Kids serving were pleasant and polite. Clean restaurant. Food was good.
First time, cold burgers and they left off all the toppings. Didn't know until I got home. Not happy. Thought maybe new crew... needing more training. Tried a second time. Everything was ice cold. Will never have a reason to try again. The store seemscursed with untrained employees who don't care about the customer experience or serving their best possible products. Service is terrible had to wait to place my order while they're scrambling around in the back talking Amongst... themselves. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich for the 1st time do yourself a favor don't order that stick with awhopper. I'm here in Rockford for work This Burger King is close to the hotel reason I went there. Seriously disappointed in this location. Although it was not busy, our order was wrong - both burgers were wrong & the fries... were cold and soggy. Plus we waited an unreasonable amount of time to place our order since neither server could be bothered totake our order. Since Rockford has other Burger King locations, I'll be sure to skip this one on my next trip. Read more
