Ordered online. Was there to pickup through the drive thru Was told to go Park.. Nothing came out. Went in nobody came to... counter to wait on me. Went out drove thru again...to be told same thing. After making a call there was told order was there andcome in to get they don't give out in drive-thru. That's really ridiculous. Took 1/2 hour when told be ready in 10 minutes. Foodwas cold. The steak burger and chili hit the mark, but the kiosk ordering for dining in was very off putting. I noticed multiple people... that came in we're very confused by the set up and we're having issues the service. My biggest gripe was with the dine instaffer harshing me about cash tips when I was ordering at the kiosk. Steak N Shake needs to make up its mind between beingfast food or a diner. I hope they fix these services issues because the food I ordered was pretty good. Read more
