I've been eating here since before they came to town, when the closest one was at Woodfield. The thing is they are kind of... hit-or-miss. The 60% of the order I placed that actually arrived to where my colleagues and I were was very delicious. The problem is that... Chipotle's system does not allow for addressing the issue with the location you ordered from and does not allow for missingportions of the order (including entrees, sides, and drinks, all of which were missing in various individual's orders) to becredited on the method of payment used or delivered later, so if an item or, in this case, numerous items, do not arrive, youare out your money and your time. Really disappointing to have 2/5ths of a $60 order missing and to have no mechanism forhaving those items subsequently delivered. Read more
Was quite disappointed in this Chipotle. 2 out of our 3 burritos completely feel apart after the first bite and we were over... charged for guac because every was yelling at each other about orders and such. Won't be back to this one, especially for theprice! Read more
I ordered the bowl with chicken and the server gave me a bowl full of rice and beans, very little meat and what makes it worse... is that the little Spanish guy in front of me ordered the same thing and got twice as much meat. My wife was upset about that soI asked how much it cost for more meat? $3.89. I said forget it! I spent almost $30.00 for a burrito and a bowl of rice! Pleasejust be fair with your portions!!! Order was incomplete, none of the food was good but most unsatisfying was the ?steak? keto salad. It had no steak, very little... greens and cheese and very little guacamole. Basically it was greens drenched in hot sauce. Not happy at all with thislocation. Definitely will be going to the Riverside location from now on. Read more
The food was great. The restaurant itself was a mess. Trash every where. All tables had food on them and you could tell they... weren?t wiped down for a long time. I had to bring in my own wipes to wipe down the table. The workers couldn?t hear bc themusic was so loud and when they couldn?t hear you they got rude. Read more
