This was our first time visiting this location and it was very clean, the employees in the front were nice and helpful. They all... have great customer service. We loved they have a variety of games and spacious area for birthday celebrations. There is a giantdigital screen for the dancing birthday party time that allows all kids to stand and dance/ play all together. Great place. I haven?t been to this establishment in quite sometime. I definitely will never return. $80 for one pizza and two play cards.... $19.74 for 6 hot wings. They had no drinks. Well they had water. I?ve been to many establishments and this was a first on a CO2shortage. They?ve remodeled and the booths are nice, space is still limited as it has been for years. Pizza was surprising good, plenty of games to play.. only thing we didn't like was the using the card seemed to be soooo slow.... Kinda put a damper on the whole arcade experience. Just took forever for the machines to register your swipe to play. Read more
Went back to this place again for another revisit and recording of the place. Staff was really friendly and even gave me some... old tokens. Really great staff and nice people, didn't mind if I recorded the place. Definitely improved since last time! Ihighly recommend this location, and what I thought would be my last visit might turn into more in the future. Read more
It's a little pricey but staff is nice, and the kids have fun. Pizza is ok, better than it has been in the past. For what it is,... small kids can have a lot of fun either for a birthday or just a place to occupy their time. Read more

The Rockford, Illinois location was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. We traveled nearly 2 hours after my boys... found a video of this location on YouTube. The main draw for them was the animatronic band. Would recommend. Read more
