Love cracker barrel. I had the best chicken salad .. everything is good . Great service .
Usually I really enjoy my dining experiences at this location, however today that was not the case. First let me say they were... not busy, there was no wait to be seated. I have been here on a Sunday morning with a 45 minute wait and haven't had as bad ofservice as we received today. We were seated around 10am. First it took 5 to 10 minutes for them to even address our table andtake our drink order, and then another 10 minutes to bring our drinks. We were at the table for nearly an hour before our foodarrived. My med rare steak arrived cooked well done, I gave it to the server, and was brought out a rare steak as a replacement.Ordered grits and was given fried apples, then I was asked if we wanted a refill, we said yes and it never arrived back to us.Total dining time nearly 1 and 45 minutes. Unacceptable. Quality and portions sizes have suffered, and prices have risen. Notthe experience I have come accustomed to from Cracker Barrel. Read more

Awful customer service from the old lady at the gift shop cashier, I asked for help to find something and she was so rude and... didn't help me. From the restaurant their pancakes are so far the best I've ever had, si buttery and crispy. Place was dark anddusty, long wait time to get a table but service from the waitress was good. Read more
Staff generally pleasant and attentive, but the food service itself is suffering. We waited 10 minutes and didn't get a server,... so I flagged down the hostess. Waited another five minutes for someone to come. My meal was lukewarm at best, and the ends of myturkey were dried out like jerky where there was no gravy (see pic). I've never worked in a restaurant kitchen before, so I'mnot sure how that happens. I guess it was plated in advance (it was the day's special) then they serve it to whoever orders itnext? I don't expect a gourmet meal at Cracker Barrel, but I do expect the kitchen staff to take a little pride in their work. Read more
I love coming here or ordering their food from door dash.. but the last 3 times I?ve ordered they didn?t put my desert in the... bag for dasher. And this time they gave me uncooked dumplings!!!! Super disappointed because I love getting their chicken anddumplings, their the closest I can find to tasting like my grandmas? and I absolutely love them! I can understand overlookingan item and forgetting to place it in bag?. But THREE TIMES?? And also Very disappointing to receive this kind of food fromthem!! Read more
I had surgery so I was unable to cook Thanksgiving dinner so we had it catered by Cracker Barrel. I got the Thanksgiving feast... and customized it but when we picked up our order they gave us the wrong order. So, my husband had to drive all the way back outthere to pick up the things to make our order correct. I paid an extra $69 for the ham which came packaged like you bought itfrom a store so I had to fix it just like I would?ve normally done. I could?ve bought a ham from the store cheaper for what Ihad to do. The turkey was just two turkey breasts which were also packaged and I had to cook so that was disappointing because Iwas trying to make it as easy on myself as possible. The desserts were good but the sides, mashed potatoes, dressing, sweetpotato casserole were all horrible. The dressing was absolutely flavorless, sweet potato casserole was watery as well as themashed potatoes. Very disappointed in the and will never use the catering service again. Read more
