Bad service, ordered 3 large blizzards, had to ask for a drink carrier, and only 2 of the 3 blizzards had lids. The blizzards... were not particularly frozen, and over filled, dripping everywhere in my car. It did not help that they had forgotten I had beenwaiting on the last blizzard, and had to stick thier head out window after several minutes to ask if I still needed anything.Each of my blizzards was handed to me by a different person. I've had positive experiences in past years here, but this yearthey don't have it together at this location, so I can not recommend. I came for treats and left with chores. I?m not sure if this location is under new management but whatever has happened it?s a disgrace. Whether you go inside or go to... the drive thru you get terrible service. For the past few months, this particular Dairy Queen has been worthless with their customer service and product. You attempt to... order at the drive thru and you are asked repeatedly repeat your order. Ask for a blizzard with twist ice cream sometimes itclearly is NOT but they insist it is when you question them. About a third of the time, blizzards are half melted. The worst isthe Cupfection - the brownie is so HARD you can't bite into it. Food is ok at best. Used to be really good but has droppeddrastically. So Sad - it was our go to..... Read more

I used to love dairy queen chicken strip baskets today I went and between the service and the quality I won't be back . . . The... fries were completely mushy n gross the strips were tiny n not worth there money especially when no where else in town stripsgot smaller yes all prices have gone up I get that . . . They also put 3 boxes in 1 bag that ripped the second I got out of mycar n went to walk inside the house they were out if drink carriers and with 4 orders of drinks and ice cream Sundays even thothere were 3 adults in the car we couldn't carry everything in properly service and quality were terrible very sad to say Read more
