You know that feeling of a hair in your mouth? Found on tonight in my jalapeño bacon bread. About 8 inches long and jet black.... Could feel it on my lip while I was chewing so I went to spit my food out and it was all the way in the back of my throat. Ijust threw up all over my kitchen floor and all over my new white shirt. I have been extremely disappointed in both my experiences with this location. My first order was a delivery. The delivery was 20... minutes late and 2 of the pizza's looked they had been dropped. Ok.... mistakes happen. I can let it slide and give them anotherchance. My next order was a complete fiasco. I placed an order online for store pickup. After and hour, the tracking app had notprogressed from the "ordered" to 'preparing" phase. I called the store and got a message that their store phone was down. Afterthat, I dove to the location to see what the deal was. When I got there, my food was ready to be picked up but when I looked atthe receipt, it said it had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. So... after they completed my pizza they didn't update theapp and they didn't call me. I have no idea how they expected me to know when to pick it up. Seeing that the pizza had beensitting there for over 30 minutes I told the guy I wasn't going to pay for old pizza. He then took the pizza off the counter andtold me I could leave, rather than finding a solution. I then agreed to pay for it and told him that the service sucked at whichpoint he took the pizza off the counter again and told me I had to leave because of my "attitude". The guy had no sense ofself-awareness. Like dude, YOU made the mistake. Say sorry and move on. I didn't wake up today to get in a fight about pizza.This guy was on a total power trip. Attempted to order online to get a special promotion deal. Site crashed when I was almost done. Arrived at store, no record of... order. Had to redo and then wait 25 minutes. Didn?t get online promo rate. And to top it off the pizza is mediocre at best.Would NEVER do business with them again. ???????????????????? Read more
I've been a customer of this location and as always the food quality, price and service is second to none.
I like the store it's clean..I like the 6 little BBQ honey wings but they are VERY SMALL TO COST 8$!!! THEY SHOULD GIVE YOU MORE... FOR THAT MUCH MONEY!!! Read more
Do NOT order delivery from this restaurant! Driver forgot the Parmesan Bread twists in my order. Then I had to wait over 30... minutes for them to bring the twists to me! They mess up more than they get right on deliveries! And they don't care one bit! Read more
The pizzas were well made. A good amount of toppings. We got 3 different pizzas, cheesebread, and wings. All tasted very good.... We usually frequent our local pizza places but they cost much more and we were feeding more people. This was definitely a goodexperience and we'll be including them into our rotation. Read more
