We chose to go here after our walk around the lake at Rock Cut State Park because of the all of the great reviews. We were... seated right away. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food came out very quickly once we ordered. All together weordered the Greenfire Bruschetta, bison burger and cedar plank salmon. Everything was delicious. Wow, Rockford you are lucky to have an establishment like this one. Myself I would recommend making a reservation, as they fill... up fast. The reason for the full restaurant is the food is Fantastic. The group of chefs they have are phenomenal and know theirskill. A Great Chef is hard to find; but I know where they are. This place is expensive; but worth every cent, I guarantee youwill leave full and very satisfied. The flavors of the food is outstanding and cooked to perfection. Our waitress was veryinformative about the menu items that are offered and answered all our questions. The atmosphere was just perfect I wouldn'ttake the little ones here as the establishment is geared towards young adults and adults. Overall I was completely happy with... this recommendation and I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area. My waitress was excellent, every finished drink wasreplaced immediately. GreenFire has an upscale feel to the place, but it's really where you go, when you want to feel likeyou're dining out.
