3.5/5 Been here about five times, no issues with service except today and I always review when something is not right. Removing... some stars because of a fussy attitude with a young gentleman. After waiting 20 minutes for food, we were greeted to multiplebell rings to indicate food was ready for pick up. Some places bring you the food you know. I would advise calling ahead. In anyevent, I am not a trained monkey, there is no need for this. If you are not ready for prime-time customer service, go work atthe DMV. The second thing was there is no red sauce. I don?t like garlic sauce and that is standard. You should have moreoptions available, god knows I have only been to 50+ middle eastern restaurants in my life. I think tahini included for free andred sauce should be added to the menu, even if an up charge. Read more

Food was good. There was a bit of a wait because they make everything from "scratch". Prices were reasonable. I would... definitely eat here again. Read more

First time at the Rockford City Market, and was pleasantly surprised to come across this place. The falafel was so fresh and... delicious. The employee was kind, and service was fantastic. Love finding hidden gems with vegan options! Read more

Had a burger and grape leaves here. it was DELICIOUS. They did seem a little unorganized though. And then I went back a couple... days later. google said they closed at 3, but it was 12:30 and they were closed? Weird. Otherwise good good food Read more

Counter service restaurant inside a building of other ama restaurants. The menu is a bit confusing, as it used to be a different... Mediterranean place. It took a while for our food, but everything was very fresh. Large portions for fair prices. Read more

Tea smelled good, boyfriend got the chicken swarma sandwich was really tasty and the Israeli corn salad was yummy. It was sweet... and refreshing form the cucumbers, spicy with the sauce on the side added. I got the eggplant lasagna, it reminded me more of myeggplant parmigiana from home. The salad was very light compared to the soy sauce ones or vinegar ones I?m used to. Overall veryrefreshing and filling lunch! Very friendly staff and helpful and patient when ordering. Curious to try the other items on thelist. Read more
