Jimmy John's is one of my favorite fast food eateries. The food is very fresh as well as being a much healthier choice then some... of the burger joints, don't get me wrong I love those as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Inside location wasclean and well lit. Great service. Read more

If you are going to take over an hour to be "freaky fast" at least make sure it is the best sandwich ever. Highly disappointed... with the customer service I received from this store. Read more

Ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 drinks at 12:01 pm. We waited until around 12:50pm until we called and asked where our order was.... They said it would arrive in 5 minutes. We called back after 30 minutes and it still hadn't even left the restaurant. Our orderdidn't show up until 2:05 pm. Beyond ridiculous and poor customer service. If deliveries are pushed that far back, you shouldlet people know ahead of time or stop taking delivery orders and do pick up only. They also left out the chips from the comboorder as well so they didn't even deliver our correct order. Won't be ordering from this location again. Read more

Ordered my food online to be delivered by my lunch hour, which is only 30 minutes long. I called & they said it should of been... delivered by now & they the said they were there. Neither was true. It arrived almost 35 minutes late. Which gave only 10minutes to eat. Not happy!! Read more

I was invited to respond by the owner, I did. there was no follow up by them at all to the issues i wrote about. Below are my... original remarks. Hi, We decided to treat our employees with a lunch - from Jimmy Johns ! Everyone ordered their own way offthe menu that we had had in our store and had used many times over the years. Jimmy Johns decided to change their menu, usingthe same sandwich #'s as before but for totally different sandwiches ! Imagine my surprise, since it was my sandwich order,expecting a Veggie with Tuna and getting a Cuban Sandwich with extra Tuna on it instead ! Same sandwich # on the menu. Oh Well,if I wanted a new sandwich instead, I will have to pay for it again, since it WAS our fault that the wrong sandwich wasordered. Sigh. not horribly friendly at all. Second, they must LOVE MAYONNAISE, we ordered several sandwiches without mayo andone with mayo "light" we received several sandwiches slathered with the stuff including one ordered with out any. But to make usfeel happy a paper bag was included with our order with 29, yes Twenty Nine ! extra packs of mayo, so many that IT NEEDED ITSOWN BAG to hold them all. All just in case we needed some "extra" mayo with the sandwiches. My sarcasm aside, what a waste offood , packaging, labor & etc. Just a waste. The extra Mayonnaise packages joining the untasted cuban/tuna in the trash. Read more
