I have been to this location twice and have never had a good experience. The first time they were giving walk-in orders crazy... bread even though I had been waiting for an online order and the girl tried to tell me they were giving the bread as orders camein, even though mine was placed before these walk-ins. Then today I was giving Italian cheese bread without the seasoning andthe order wasn?t ready when I got there, even though I arrived 5 minutes after my scheduled time with the portal. I have workedin customer service my entire adult life and this location is atrocious. This location gives the little Caesar?s brand a badname. If I could give them zero stars I would. Read more
Overcooked pizzas with hardly any cheese and poorly trained employees with horrible attitudes is what you can expect from this... Little Caesars location. They simply DO NOT care!! Worst experience ever. Card machine didnt work my pizza was over cooked. I asked for my cheese not to be brown and the manager... she rude as hell. Said she cant say her name it isnt allowed. Well of someone is calling corporate on u. They ask who u spokewith. And it was mainly crust. Smh dont go here. My grandkids 3 and 7 said this is nasty and didnt eat. They eat anything. Read more
This place never gets my order right, I usually don't say anything because it's so cheap. looks like someone started cutting my... pizza in squares then changed to triangle. District manager never calls customers back after you make a complaint to corporate.If I didn't have a family I wouldn't never eat little Caesar's, seriously considering giving up on them. You can't beat the price of this pizza. It's not like a dine in pizza but for 5 bucks you can't go wrong. They also now have a... pulled pork BBQ pizza. And a fresh remodel also. After remodel they closed March 20 and reopened Friday night March 24. Read more
They never have hot and ready pizzas, not during meal times or any other time. Isn't that part of the reason to go to nasty... Little Caesars? People aren't going for quality, it's definitely for convenience. Pizza Hut is a block away and only a fewdollars more with the same or shorter wait times. Also, they have to know the crackheads hanging out in front demanding changeand trying to sell stolen cologne still in the security boxes from Walmart is bad for business.
