Horrible service!!! We made two orders through the app @3p & 5p to be ready @6p. At the other locations you can track your order... & it shows the progress of your order. This location showed no movement at all. When we got there at 6p nothing. They hadn'teven started our order. They then decided to tell us they were out of thin crust pizza. The staff was EXTREMELY unprofessional &rude to my husband when he asked a question! I don't go to this location because of the staffs lack of service. They need tohire new staff at this location. At this point the place is a lost cause. Idk if you're not training your employees right or nobody cares. I'm just gonna say... nobody cares because this time Amber helped me and she's been there like 10 years. She knows what extra extra is. or she shouldat least. Usually it's the skinny White girl with glasses that's racing around not caring how food looks or taste. EVERY SINGLETIME I ask & PAY for extra extra i don't get it. Im so sick of calling and complaining, bringing food back and doing surveys. Iunderstand food costs BUT IF I'M PAYING GIVE ME WHAT I PAY FOR!!!!!
