I called in and ordered a tray of chopped salad. The online menu said $40 they charged me $46. I later looked at the order... online, and it was $36. When I got the salad home, I was so disappointed. There was mostly lettuce. Probably 1 cup of totalingredients. I ate two portions of salads and got two ravioli, and one clump of bacon. You should really be ashamed of what ykycharged for that sad salad. And I paid a lot for it. So I?ll make my own next time. We ordered traditional wings to go. The wings are a great size and the sauces are delicious. We also ordered the chocolate chip... cookie and the Reese's cookie, both were great. The floors was ready quickly and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Alwaysa date night staple for us! Read more

Never really had a problem before always had the pizza arrive hot, warm, and cheesy. The last 3 times the pizza arrives cold,... missing pieces of cheese just very low quality. Don?t think I?ll be ordering from there anytime soon. Read more

Once a year when I visit from Arizona we stop to eat here. Have always had great pizza and service until this last visit 3 weeks... ago. Restaurant hours said open until 9:00pm on Friday night. Our group of 4 walked in at 7:40pm. The group of 4 employeesstanding behind the cash register did not seem happy to see us but reluctantly one of them seated us. We were hungry and readyto order right away as we had just gotten off our flight. 10 minutes passed and our pregnant waitress walked up and said ?whendid you get here?? Then she left. She came back in about 5 minutes and said ?If you want to eat I need to place your order nowor forget about it?. We were very surprised at that greeting and decided that we should just leave. Honestly, concerned aboutwhat they may have done to our food if we had stayed. So disappointing. I really hope that the owners consider addressing thisor I?m afraid that this restaurant will not survive this type of disrespect, driving their customers away. I called once Ireturned to Arizona hoping to speak with the owner, but once again was responded to with such rudeness. Very unfortunate. First time at Maciano's. Traveling by Chicago area and wanted deep dish pizza. Our server was awesome, very friendly. The 14"... inch deep dish pie with 4 toppings was cheesy and delicious. Just way too much food for 2 of us. Took the other half to go andate at our hotel. Only downside was the fried calamari app was cold and greasy. We sent it back and were given credit.Definitely recommend the deep dish pizza! Read more

Their breadsticks are HEAVENLY. I am not exaggerating when I say this. I have never found a place even close to having... breadsticks as good as them. Their pizza is also delicious! They used to have amazing mac and cheese balls as well but stoopedmaking them which is a huge bummer. Read more
