Avoid this location in the evening. Ordered on the app and had to wait in the drive-thru line for more than a half hour. The... inside wasn't accessible, and they wouldn't do curbside. We had already paid through the app, so we couldn't just leave. When wereceived our order, it was cold (like, not even lukewarm. It had clearly been bagged for the entire time we were in thedrive-thru). They told us they had no drinks (they were out of CO2). This is just our current experience. This location seems tohave issues regularly. The manager on duty was kind when she brought our food to the window, though. If this wasn't a regularoccurrence, I wouldn't mention it... every restaurant has bad days. Unfortunately, my personal experience is that this specificlocation seems to have more bad than good. Best service and cleanest bathroom of any Macdonald's I've been to. Marybeth is super.
We were told that we couldn't get ice water in the drive-thru unless we ordered something else. We would need to park and come... in if we only wanted ice water. That situation rates a D- for customer care and appreciation. Read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!! If I could give less than one star I would.. I went here at about 11 o'clock at night and... ordered a good amount of food. Everything was absolutely terrible.. the fries I received were cold and hard as rocks, thenuggets were cold and hard as well. The burger I got was cold as well and tough to eat through that I had to warm it up to makeit softer.. than they gave me my two drinks without any ice in either of them.. Read more
Ordered 2 ice cream cones at the self check out. Waited 10 minutes in nearly empty table area (during lunch drive through rush).... Finally went back to the counter to ask. They had no idea what to do. I had to show my receipt to prove I ordered and paid. Thenthey served the 2 smallest, most pathetic cones I?ve received at a McDonalds. #why Read more
Food served cold. Half my order wasn't even there. Personal didn't seem to care when i reported it. I will not be back!
