We were in Rockford on a trip. Stopped to eat here. Took forever to get someone to come to the registers to take our orders, and... the kiosks were even closed. The place was freezing cold! Our food obviously didn't stay hot long enough for us to enjoy a hotlunch. ALL of the tables were dirty, I had to tell the shift manager(?) So that she could get someone to clean them. Ridiculous! Placed a delivery order while at my 3rd shift job. Since it was late it was this or Taco Bell and I chose this place. They sent... me a filet o fish clearly out of the bucket they throw expired food into and my fries were cold and hard. I called and ofcourse no answer even though they are 24hrs. They are never ever pulled together. It's always an issue from rudeness andlaziness to disgusting food. When I look up the owners and go to website it disgusts me how it makes them seem like they are sofor community but in real life you don't even have a handle on your restaurant.
