We were in Rockford on a trip. Stopped to eat here. Took forever to get someone to come to the registers to take our orders, and... the kiosks were even closed. The place was freezing cold! Our food obviously didn't stay hot long enough for us to enjoy a hotlunch. ALL of the tables were dirty, I had to tell the shift manager(?) So that she could get someone to clean them. Ridiculous! The folks working at 4623 E State Street last night deserve a raise for dealing with what they dealt with last night/this... morning. I got in line around 1240am and waited til about 110am for my food but I?m NOT here to complain about them. They werecompletely understaffed and after taking my mobile order code they promptly shut down and customers behind me were losing theirminds. The poor guy taking the drive thru orders was taking the brunt of it. I?ve worked in customer service all my life untilthis year and I understand the struggle. My question is where was their support? Store manager, district manager, anyone higherup but no 3 people were left to fend for themselves and it?s a disgrace to leave your employees in such a predicament. Closedown if you don?t have the required staffing otherwise you might not have employees to run your business at all. Do better. Thelack of corporate support is why I left customer service myself. Placed a delivery order while at my 3rd shift job. Since it was late it was this or Taco Bell and I chose this place. They sent... me a filet o fish clearly out of the bucket they throw expired food into and my fries were cold and hard. I called and ofcourse no answer even though they are 24hrs. They are never ever pulled together. It's always an issue from rudeness andlaziness to disgusting food. When I look up the owners and go to website it disgusts me how it makes them seem like they are sofor community but in real life you don't even have a handle on your restaurant.
