Very long wait in drive-through (9 minutes). We wondered why the front car didn't pull forward to allow everyone behind to get... their food. The staff at the window said the people were refusing to leave the window till they got their whole order. Ugh.Entitled people are a pain.... Read more

????It's sounds like an easy task but when french fries are upside down in the bag and not spilled... That's another skill level
Sometimes it's fine, but sometimes it's terrible. Every once in a while you'll be the third person in line and wait 15 minutes... in the drive thru, or they'll ask you to pull ahead while they finish your order and literally never bring it out. (Walk inside,and it's been sitting on the counter for five minutes.) The bad experiences are just frequent enough and obnoxious enough thatI just won't go back anymore. Read more
