Restaurant consistently dirty, every other visit there pills on the floor, management only cares about themselves not their... customers and will legitimately yell at a customer before trying to solve issues! I recommend finding ANY other locations to goto! However if your at this location indo recommend the attached circle k! Read more
They either don't know what they're doing, don't have what you want, give you the wrong thing, don't know how to wring up your... coupon, or are short staffed and half to wait 20 minutes to get your food.. Read more
Why does it take so long to get fast food. Driving up to the order screen and being asked to wait to order just isn't right.

Not sure why your employees think it?s okay to talk disrespectful to your PAYING customers. I pull up to get my order taken and... I asked for an item that was displayed on the screen, then I?m rang up for the complete opposite of what I asked. So I ask ifthey have the item I?m asking for , she says no in a rude way. Then I say I don?t want those then in a very nice tone. Shestarts laughing and talking with another employee and goes ?anyways what else do you want? I ask for ANOTHER item displayed onthe screen, I?m told they don?t have that either. I?m not sure what the joke was but I didn?t find anything funny and wonder whyyour establishment thinks it?s okay to joke with people when they simply just want to order food. Read more
This McDonald's was great. The service was very good. They were fast and everyone seemed like they were happy and helpful. Fries... were hot and crispy. Food was fresh and the inside of the McDonald's was clean and well lit. I would recommend this locationover some of the other Rockford locations. Read more
Always fast and courteous and I always get the right food that I ordered they have never messed it up
