Every single time I come here it's 20 to thirty minutes in the drive thru, I ask for sauce and never get any, I ask for fresh... made and get old stuff. Rude employees from morning to evening, just stopped there to ight and said nvm I'm going to burgerking. Might be more expensive but I don't care at least service is fast and I get what I want exactly how I want it. This is theworst McDonald's in Rockford. Read more
My coworker ordered a burger and it was not cooked fully inside. I called them twice and they provided absolutely no explanation... as to why it was not cooked fully. A staff member said all their machines were working and up to date so someone is not doingtheir job. Read more

Must have patience if going on morning as their coffee or something seems to nearly always have some sort of issue . Some... employees are better then others . I keep in mind many are young and training . Not the cleanest but that may Have been justwhen I stopped in I don't go their often . Other than that it's what you expect from a McDonald's . Also the drive thru duringrush hour the other line cars tend to budge and messes up the orders from it . Read more

Just go to the ones on Riverside. Not sure if it was someone new or if they just can't be bothered to care but we were the only... car at midnight, my McFlurry was completely unmixed and had a gross amount of m&ms in it. The amount of candies probably made itactually worth the money for once but it's more candy than ice cream which isn't what it should be. Read more
