Fried pickles were delicious. Breaded zucchini and pizza were some of the worst I have ever had. Zucchini is long thin straws... that were so dry and were 90% breading. I complained to the manager and he basically shrugged his shoulders. Pizza was dry andhad almost no sauce at all. I’ll never go back. Visited the Rockford, IL location - on State Street. This review is my opinion. My husband and I went early for pizza 4 pm on a Friday. Waitress was friendly and attentive. The... problem happened when I order my pizza. I asked for added garlic, green olives, and my cheese to be well done (browncheese)! Pizza came and the green olives were hole 7 of them and the cheese was white! No brown cheese! I was told I had to askfor the green olives to be sliced. Really?? I pointed out that the black olives on my pizza were sliced. Also, I mentioned thatthe pizza was not well done. My Waitress said she would take it back. She returned with another pizza that the olive weren'tsliced again and a different crust, and not well done as I asked!! I asked to speak with the manager, who he did appear and Iexplained my dilemma he said he would make it himself. He returned and the pizza was not well done! It is now 6pm. Withrestaurants charging more for there food, come on ppl at least give customers what they ask for! Needless to say he took it offthe bill. I took it home and added cheese on top and brown it myself. Note, this place puts the cheese on the bottom and veggieson top!! Who does that? I'm posting pictures and they have lost my business. Also my husband's deep dish pizza pie looked andtasted awful. I added phots of that as well. If anyone can recommend a good pizza place in rockford pls let me know. Leah through catering takes care of us every single time; consistently, promptly, and with excellent service. Every order has... been entirely correct, on time, and provides a great meal for our employees. I recommend this location and its services to alllocal businesses/patrons in the area. We were real regulars before they went full corporate several years ago. Everything went south after that. (Seasoned... fries?) Came back a while later and they were OK. They're back to full corporate again. And Corporate is sleeping on thisstore. I mean.... Look at the TVs. Seriously? This is what you offer sports fans? As far as the food goes, don't expect theirNashville hot sauce to taste like Nashville Hot. I had a hard time telling the difference between their "Nashville" and a hotBuffalo. Read more
