This was my first time at Pancheros! Lamareon welcomed me as a entered the restaurant, I had told him it was my first time and... for him to tell me what his go too was. He hooked me up a delicious bowl with rice, black-beans, steak, corn mix, then told me?you gotta put the green mild on it? then scoop a nice Heaping size of Quac and Sour cream! Terrible, i used to like the place, help was terrible, took 29 minutes to order drinks only to find out the ice machine was... broken, only to get a stare from the one employee, like what do u want me to do about it? Well how about telling me before i buythe drink, didnt bother with a refund would have taken an hour. One employee chopped meat for 20 minutes with her back to thepublic. Read more
Excellent Mexican fast food, similar to a chipotle. They don?t give you many chips but they?re very good. If you?re deciding... between this and a different Mexican fast food place, definitely give this place a shot. Read more
I usually really enjoy this location and the food but I recently went to pick up my mobile order 8 MINUTES early and the manager... (who I?m assuming because she was wearing a different color shirt than the rest) aggressively started making my food whilethrowing me ugly looks the entire time. That is weird business, man.
