They don?t wear gloves while handling food. I waited 25 minutes in line to witness the cook and the first server not where... gloves and scooping the chow mein back into the metal pan with their bare hands. When I asked why they weren?t wearing glovesthe gentleman shrugged his shoulders continued to fill Togo plates without gloves while food is falling all over his bitten nailbeds and he was treating it like his own plate he was about to eat. The quality and portions needs to be worked on. My chow mein is always burnt with eye watering ash and I kept getting starch and... no meat on my chicken. Most food is under a heat lamp for far too long. I kept having to return my food to have them do itright. It could be better honestly. Read more
