Friendly staff, great management, I think it was the manager Amanda that helped us, she was very kind and friendly. Very clean... place and good selection even if you have picky children. Their broccoli cheddar soup is amazing, chicken noodle soup was greattoo and their flat breads are very tasty as well. Best Panera in this area. Staff was knowledgeable friendly and went above andbeyond to make sure everything was perfect. The staff was also very with my children, my youngest even gave one of them a hugthanking her for the good food. Their desserts are great as well, brownies are the kids favorites but their smoothies are alsoexactly as they should be. GREAT JOB PANERA. ???????????????????? We ordered 3 pick 2 combos and 3 cookies. As always, something was missing...a bread bowl and soup for one of the combos. The... soup we received was luke-warm, and the there was about a tablespoon of chicken salad in the sandwich. This Panera has a "Rockstar " staff. Unfortunately I have to call ahead every time I visit but that isn't their fault. My... favorite sandwich is the Sierra Turkey on Asiago Cheese bread ????....so yummy but it's now on the "Off Menu " and they onlybake two loafs each day and that only makes four sandwiches. I wanted to give 1 3/4 star, but all reviews are averaged together. Panera is like McDonald's version of Mary's market. I... purchased a brownie, bear claw, and so called French baguette. I told the young lady behind the counter I wanted Frenchbaguette and was told to take one from the basket of already wrapped baguettes. The package was labeled French baguette, butwhat I got was something similar to Ciabatta or similar Italian bread. The brownie tasted like it was a doctored brownie. I tried the tomatoes soup bowl and it was ok . It came hot like it should it also came with a baget i believe a pice of bread... but it was hard it was ok with the soup.It was my first time too. The soup was a bit sweet and after awhile I couldn't finisheating it I felt like I needed to throw up. I wouldn't buy it again its not for my taste. But it smells amazing. Only reason this isn?t a one star is because I am receiving a refund. However, this is not the first time I?ve had an issue with... an order from this location. I ordered two chicken Baja bowls with extra avocado on the website to be delivered. Upon inpackaging the food I saw rotten/spoiled avocado on top of the bowl. While I appreciate they followed the request for extraavocado, this probably was the time they should not have gotten the order right. I would have rather had no avocado than rottenavocado. Hopefully the feedback that I relayed to the manager will improve the quality. Read more
