Great choice in Rockford from the Panizza to the Panino Burger Supreme makes my mouth water just thinking about it!
AMAZING! got to have the panino! (17in sandwich) tastes great and people are super friendly! (Edit) sorry I have to edit but... trying to get dinner from here seems impossible anymore! We had salads and they were very good!! My only negative is the floors needed to be cleaned.
***Location 2725 N Main St, Rockford, IL, 61103*** I got the special salad with garlic bread. I went to eat and realized the... salad didn't have any dressing. This was my first time ordering food from them so I immediately called and asked was thedressing suppose to be on the salad or the side. The young lady said the side. I informed her I didnt get any. Before I can sayanything else she said, "we CAN'T give you another salad" Excuse me I didnt ask for another salad. Why when I call, youimmediately tell me what you not going to do without once apologizing for your mistake. When I called her out on her rudenessshe hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager because at this point I just wanted a refund based on the fact I didn'tget what I paid for and the rudeness. The manager (Kala) informed me she will not give me a refund and I was wasting her time.She went on to say I was being rude, she had other customers to attend to, and hung up on me. I guess I wasn't considered acustomer worthy of tending to. Mind you I never once was rude to anyone, not even raising my voice. Long story short with thepolice by my side. Yes, I called them! I received my money back. They had the audacity to say I'm no longer welcome back. Iguess if THEY mess up your order, YOU are not welcome back! Been going here for years. Used to be awesome. In the last few years it has really gone down hill. I just went recently and like... many reviews the person was not friendly. I felt like I was a bother but there was literally no one else there. Pumpkin bars andLemon bars are amazing!! but are waaaay over priced now. Salad had hardly any toppings and $8 for a small container of cheesetortellini with hardly any sauce - not worth it. It was disrespectful the amount of pasta in there - no meat mind you- for $8.The bread is wonderful - probably the best item - and I?m glad to see it has stayed the same! They no longer have actual pizza?seither. I will not be back. Each time has been more disappointing, sadly. Added photo - I tried it lol and still disappointed ayear later?. The plastic bowl is 1 cup for size reference the container is 6.5? diameter. This is a side size not worth $9 now!Yeah price went up. Read more
