Very kind, respectful, and helpful, but my issue is with the company not caring more vegan friendly options it?s 2022 we should... be getting rid of dairy and been introducing vegan cheeses as an option as a vegan myself if I stay quiet no one will doanything..so far this location is great! Even came back with my garlic sauce.! Mistake they forgot it the first time around butthat?s ok we?re all human their garlic sauce is vegan! I paid for extra cheese and received a pizza that tasted like it barely had any cheese on it. It was very fast delivery but... somehow still arrived cold. Overpriced for what I received. I will not be ordering again. Read more
There was a minor mix up between my order and the delivery order. But the manager made it right and made it quick. The only... drawback is with the new automated ordering system. If you want any discounts you have to order to the automated system. Oronline. The store cannot apply discounts in store because of the new owner. Read more
Was way better a year ago, they downsized and it doesn't taste the same. Decent pizza, always loved the garlic sauce.
Ordered at 4pm for my daughter's 10th birthday. At 5:37, Steve called me stating they didn't know what happened, repeatedly put... me on hold. I wIted 20 minutes on hold before I was told my pizza was delivered somewhere else. They did not k own where thedriver was. After keeping from my guests for over 20 minutes I repeatedly asked Steve to talk to a manager, each time Steverefused to let me talk to his manager saying she was too busy for me. I demanded, the manager contact me. No effort was made tomake the situation right. I finally got my pizzaat 6:37. Very disappointing! We called to order and got some answering service. We couldn't understand the really thick east Indian accent. We asked to be... connected to the local restaurant. The local restaurant refused to take our order. We like dealing with local people. Sooo. Wecalled Sam's a local place.
