Delivered order to incorrect address. I chose contactless delivery because I am currently sick. I didn?t find out that my order... was delivered elsewhere until I called after an hour of receiving a notification that it was out for delivery. Was told it wasprobably because of a new driver. Then was told it would be 3 hours for them to remake it and deliver. They said I could get arefund but I?m concerned that it won?t happen. We will see after a few days. I counted at least 7-10 flies on the inside of this establishment!! Not sure if it's safe to eat....

We order two pizza's breadsticks and cheesesticks. They managed to make one wrong and we didn't recieve the second. Called... multiple time to have them fix theyre mistake and they're refusing to answer the phone. Called the hotline only to be transferedback to the store that won't answer. Read more

Sam is awesome. This was the third pizza place that I called to order pizza for my middle school students. Papa Johns and other... Pizza Hut locations were incredibly rude to me when I placed my order. They said they did not have enough dough or there was nota delivery person. Sam answered and saved the day. She is making the pizzas and delivering them for lunch. Thank you Sam forworking hard. My students and I really appreciate you and your strong work ethic. I will be a customer for life. Read more

It took 3 deliveries to get my order. First the original driver parked up the street and walked to my house why I don?t know so... the food was Luke warm. Then I noticed he forgot a pizza. I called and asked for a refund of the $7 pizza that they forgot andwas told no. Then I was told they were to busy to deliver my pizza that they forgot and offered a credit. That was unacceptable.I became irate then they agreed to deliver my pizza telling me it would take an hour. The second attempt was the wrong pizza. Soi called and complained again and they agreed to come out again. Finally got the third pizza but by that time we had already atesomething else so it went in the trash. I am highly dissatisfied Please also note I asked to speak to the manager and jerk whowas on the phone said the manager was to busy to talk. A manager should never be to busy to talk to an upset customer. Read more

Well for starters the delivery guy went to the wrong address. He called saying outside at around 9:14. I ordered the pizza at... about 8:20. He delivered the pizza at 9:40. The mix up put my pizza in the "Danger Zone". I had to reheat it. I didn't ask forthin crust but received it that way. Put real garlic in the GARLIC Butter! I was more so upset bc I aim to have my baby in bedat 9:30 and if he had went to the correct address, things would've went smoother. Read more
